Treat From Nature operates as an online store 24/7,however, customer service hours are within standard US EST business hours of 9.00 am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. As we are an online only store NO PICKUP facilities are available.

Credit cards are not charged until your order ships. If you see a pending charge on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available.

Delivery address – Customers are wholly responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address that is provided to us. We ship to the address you provide, and we cannot take responsibility for successful delivery if You do not provide the correct delivery address, including zip code and street address. It is imperative that you check and double check your shipping address before completing your order.
